Opening the Chassis

Expose screws: Peel off or remove the rubber feet on the bottom of the unit to find the primary case screws.
Remove fasteners: Take out the screws holding the outer metal housing to the frame using a standard Phillips screwdriver.
Slide shell: Gently slide or separate the outer metal sleeve away from the internal metal frame/backplane structure. Watch for internal wires connected to the fan or power button.
